Cause of emergency: <br />
3rd party software bug in network equipment causing downtime.
Consequences: <br />
Connectivity between networks lost. any.cloud VPN solution(also known as SSL VPN) was unreachable.
Counter measure: <br />
Vendor contacted for a hotfix. Once received from 3rd party vendor, hotfix will be evaluated and tested ASAP. After successful test, hotfix will be applied.
